Annual Fundraiser Saturday, April 18th 2009
We are pleased to announce our Annual Fundraiser that will be hosted at the 2nd Space Theater. It will be held on Saturday Evening, April 18th at 928 Olive Avenue in Fresno. The Good Company Players will be performing The Man who came to Dinner.

SILENT AUCTION and Our Raffle Will Include will be a silent auction, raffle for a 3day, 2 night vacation package at Harrah's in South Lake Tahoe.

When we build it... they can heal!!
Healing for Survivors, as many of you know and some of you may not yet know, is a support center for those who have been physically, emotionally, or sexually abused and their families. HFS is a grassroots ministry started in Fresno in 1990 and is 501-c-3.
Ever since it's inceptioon we have dreamed of having out own facility in a peaceful quiet setting that would best meet the needs of our clients. We think that time has come. We will build it on the property we already own which will enable us to decrease out ever rising overhead and make it more affordable for many of our clients who are struggling under the heavy load of our current economy. After witnessing the outpouring of love and support for one family in our community through the efforts of Extreme Home Makeover we were encouraged to believe that this can happen again. The structure we need will be much smaller yet will affect the lives of MANY families as well as generations of families to come.
Construction has already begun and we need your help.
